Return Policy Guidelines
Grandma Purple hopes you enjoy your shopping experience. However
should you need to return an item either purchased or received as a gift,
please call or email us with the item name and date of purchase, so that Grandma
Purple can make it "all better".

Please feel free to return any items purchased from Grandma Purple or received
as a gift. (except earrings which are not returnable). We ask
that you return the item within 15 days of receipt.
If an item is found to be broken or defective we would be happy to exchange it
for a similar item. Grandma purple will pay the return shipping costs. In the
case of an exchange, a credit will be issued if the desired item is not
available or if there is a balance left after new purchases.
If the product appears to be damaged in shipping, please save the original
packaging and contact us so that we can have the package picked up and inspected
by the shipper. After inspection and confirmation from the shipper, we will
resend the order at no additional charge.
In most cases, a refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used
for purchase. Expect the refund between 7 and 14 business days after we receive
the returned item(s). You will be credited for the merchandise total and tax, if
applicable. We do not normally credit the shipping and handling fees unless we
made a mistake. . We will let you know the status of your return by e-mail.
