If I order something how soon will it ship? - Unless it is something custom made, I usually ship within one or two business days and most of the orders are shipped priority mail which can be delivered to the Midwest in 2 business days and the East coast in three days.

What is your privacy policy? - I promise you that I will NEVER share your information with anyone!!!

Is it safe to order on your site and give my credit card information? - Yes. I pay extra to have a safe secure site.

Do you deliver to a P.O. Box? - yes it is shipped via the Post Office.

Do you have a catalog? - Sorry no, due to the fact that I change the merchandise so frequently. I love to talk about purple so please call me and ask about the product you are looking for. If I don't carry it I may know where you can get it.

Do you offer a discount if I order multiples of any one item? - Yes, please call or email as the amount of discount depends on the product and quantity.

If I am paying by check how soon will it ship? - It will ship when I receive the check and it clears the bank. Usually that process is 7-10 days.

Do you offer gft certificates? Yes, please send me the information by email as we are currently working on the gift certificate program.

When I am giving a gift to someone are you careful not to send the prices in the package? - Yes and we also offer complimentary purple gift cards. Simply email the message you would like on the card.
